Physical activity is just as vital to me. I'm a firm believer in the power of movement to clear the mind and strengthen the body. You can usually find me at the gym pushing my limits or sweating it out in a spin class. The discipline and the feeling of accomplishment are incredibly rewarding. I find the gym to be a sanctuary, a place where I can challenge myself both physically and mentally.
